1. The sieve machine is designed with new principle and is a high efficiency and sieve-surface vibrating screening machine with new structure. It general uses nylon or stainless steel plate.
2.The vibration exciter drives the sieve to vibrate high-frequently by a driving mechanism and the sieve box is still. The vibrating system is designed to work in almost sympathetic vibration. The machine uses shock absorption supporting, so the ground does not bear the dynamic load, and the sieve machine does not need a solid foundation. It can work normally by being directly installed on the flat ground or ordinary steel structure platform.
3.The vibration frequency of the sieve surface is 50HZ and the amplitude is 0-2 mm. Its vibration strength is 8-10 times of the gravity acceleration and that is 2-3 times of the vibration intensity of the ordinary mechanical vibration sieve. It has the advantages of the sieve surface being not easily blocked, high screening efficiency, and large handling capacity. It is especially suitable for fine powder material’s screening and the classification size is 0.074-1mm.
4.The sieve surface is composed of three distinct flexible sieve layers. The support network at the bottom is steel wire rope core polyurethane network. On the support network, it is the woven composite network which is made of double stainless steel wires with different wire diameter and mesh. The upper layer of composite net is working net. It directly contacts with the material and screenings. The lower is the bottom net, which is used to disperse the stress and vibration transmission, to ensure high screening efficiency of the working network and prolong the service life. Both ends of the screen have a hook used to handle sieve and adjust the tension. Feeding buffer plate makes the slurry be dispersed evenly and avoid sieve being damaged by the direct impact.
5.The installation angle of sieve machine can be conveniently adjusted. For wet sieving of ore dressing plant, the installation angle is 25±2°. The surface inclination angle can be adjusted according to the mineral particle size. When the inclination angle is close to 55°, the fineness is up to 300 meshes and the screening efficiency is up to 75%.
6.The vibration parameter of the sieve machine is controlled by computer and the vibration parameter of each vibrator can be individually adjusted. The control of strong vibration function is set. By setting the intermittent instantaneous strong vibration parameters, the sieve surface is regular cleaned to prevent the hole being blocked.
7.The vibration transmission system adopts the flexible connection of high quality elastic material. The long-term operation is reliable and the sieve machine is an energy-saving product. A single vibrator power is only 0.15KW. Ore dressing usually use 2420 type electromagnetic high-frequency screen. The whole power consumption does not exceed 1.2KW for one machine.
8.The inside of sieve box is molded by bending steel plate, which improves the overall stiffness and working reliability of the sieving machine. The equipment appearance is more beautiful.
9.Sieve machines can be equipped with different types of electric control cabinets according to the different needs of customers, in order to realize the parameter setup, remote control, historical records, fault alarm and many other additional functions.
It can be used in ore-dressing plant to do classify operation. The screening efficiency is more than 70% under the condition of appropriate feeding concentration, feeding particle size (-200 mesh size), and the difference of screen size and particle size being less than 30 percentage points. The high screening efficiency can greatly reduce circulating load and qualified particle content on the upper screening, so as to improve the processing capability of the mill (general can improve 5-10 percentage points). The screening process has a strict control over the particle size of coarse particles, eliminating the adverse effect on the grade of concentrate. Under the action of high frequency of a slight concussion on the sieve surface, it has an effect of density stratification. It is easy for high-density small particles to settle and pass through the sieve. And therefore can significantly improve the grade of ore. At present, the sieve machines are promoted to use in the small and medium-sized mine and ore-dressing plant all over China.
Device Uses and Working Principle
The linear vibrating sieve (linear sieve ) is a new type of highly efficient screening equipment, and widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, refractory materials, light industry, chemical industry and so on. It has the advantages of being stable and reliable, low consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration mode, high screening efficiency and so on.
When ZSG type vibrating sieve works, the two motors, which are placed synchronous-reversely, makes the exciter generate reverse exciting force. And then it forces the screen body to drive the mesh to do the vertical motion. After that the materials on the vibrating screen run forwards periodically for a range by the exciting force. Till now, the screening and separating of the materials are completed.

The iron powder production of the plant is 100T/24H, the ore grade is about 18, and the powder rate is around 6:1, so the cost of producing iron ore is about 150 Yuan / ton.
